Xincheng UK is the registered UK representative office of Xincheng Industrial Co., Ltd — a Shanghai-based manufacturer of non-woven bags and home textiles. From Oxford, we represent the parent company, develop the UK market, and grow new brand lines including our textile art label, Golden Thread.

Who we are

A representative office, developing our UK presence.

We are a small UK team representing Xincheng Shanghai and developing our presence in the UK market. We do not manufacture products or hold manufacturing facilities in the UK. Our role includes understanding the UK market, developing and testing products and brands for the UK market, managing customer-facing activities, and sharing market feedback with our manufacturing team in China. We also support prospective business partners and customers in connecting with the appropriate teams at our parent company.

Xincheng Industrial Co., Ltd — a Shanghai manufacturer with an international outlook.

Xincheng Shanghai is the principal operating and manufacturing entity of our group. It handles all production, quality control, and commercial operations for our non-woven and home textile product lines.

The UK office was established to provide a local point of contact for European partners, to develop our UK market presence, and to feed observations back to the manufacturing team in Shanghai.
